Banks Rise As Reform Bill Passes

Shares of Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC) rose 69 cents to close at $15.99, Citigroup (NYSE: C) added 12 cents to $3.75 and Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE: WFC) gained $1.42 to close at $30.11 after passage of the Senate banking reform bill provided certainty for investors to make informed decisions.
