Bloomberg reported that Ctrip.com International Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP) engaged in discussions for a possible merger with Baidu Inc.'s (Nasdaq: BIDU) Qunar. Shares of Ctrip.com leaped $4.82 to $55.07 while Baidu stock jumped $6.57 to $150.08.
