Cash clause exercised in SunEdison's acquisition of Vivint Solar

313 Acquisition exercised a clause in the merger agreement between SunEdison Inc. (NYSE: SUNE) and Vivint Solar Inc. (NYSE: VSLR) allowing shareholders to receive cash in exchange for Vivint common stock. Shares of SunEdison gained 56 cents to close at $4.95 while Vivint Solar stock rose 41 cents to close at $9.96.
