Caesars may have to pay $5.1 billion in damages

Court-ordered examiner Richard Davis wrote that Caesars Entertainment Corp. (Nasdaq: CZR) may have to pay up to $5.1 billion in damages related to deals that precipitated the company's bankruptcy filing. Shares of the casino hotel operator dropped 97 cents to close at $6.23.
