Dallas Fort Worth CPR training company offers free CPR training classes to those not requiring certification

Texas CPR Training, a Dallas Fort Worth based company offering CPR training and other forms of CPR and BLS certification, announced today that it is offering free adult “hands-only” CPR training classes at its Garland location. The company also will travel to teach group hands-only CPR in the Dallas Fort Worth area for a small travel fee.
Jennie Khonsari, founder of Texas CPR Training, said, “Hands-only CPR was developed to educate people, those without emergency training, to focus on chest compressions only instead of attempting rescue breathing. By being able to focus primarily on chest compressions, it could be more effective than conventional CPR training due to it being easier and requiring less steps to remember in an emergency situation.”
Khonsari continued, “Since most adults in the Dallas Fort Worth area who have received CPR training were educated in the conventional manner, our company believed that offering free hands-only training classes each Tuesday would be a valuable way to educate the residents of DFW on this alternative CPR approach.”
She indicated that the free hands-only training classes are for those not requiring certification. CPR certification classes take place at other times and will require a fee.
