PTC Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: PTCT) widened fourth quarter losses more than expected to $1.50 per share from 84 cents per share in the year ago period prompting downgrades. Shares of the biopharmaceutical plummeted $2.43 to close at $5.55.
