Euro dips as ‘no’ vote holds apparent lead in Italy’s constitutional referendum

Italian voters are casting ballots on a proposal backed by center-right Prime Minister Mattei Renzi to overhaul the legislative branch to make it easier to pass laws.The vote, as has been widely reported, came to be viewed as a referendum on the prime minister personally and on his effort to reinvigorate the euro zone’s third-largest economy.
