(Nasdaq: GPRO) reported higher fourth quarter revenue and earnings of 83 cents per diluted share compared with 33 cents per diluted share a year earlier but the company announced the resignation of chief operating officer Nina Richardson. Shares of the wearable camera maker plummeted $7.25 to close at $47.12.
