The share of China increased (+3 percentage points), while the share of Italy illustrated negative dynamics (-4 percentage points).
The U.S. and China were among the other main global suppliers of veneer sheets in 2014 with a combined share of 23.7% of global exports. However, the fastest growing exporter from 2007 to 2014 was the Russian Federation (+27.4% per year). China strengthened its position in the global export structure, from 5% in 2007 to 11% in 2014.
