computersWTF Announces Launch of New Division: Department I. T.

 June 27, 2016

The local tech heroes at computersWTF, Inc. have debuted anew line of service geared toward business owners – Department I.T. – to provide total I.T. care to their commercial clientele. Department I.T.’s offerings are akin toan insurance policy for a business’ technical concerns.

“I knew we needed a dedicated brand for our clients who, like me, are business owners,” shared Adam Fischer, CEO and President. “We want our clients to concentrate on what’s important running their business, and let us worry about their company’s I.T.”

Department I.T. is a Los Angelesbased I.T. department oncall for consulting, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance for a fixed monthly rate at a fraction of an inhouse tech’s salary. The team from Department I.T. tailor their I.T. Care Plans to match the needs and budgets of their clients, and serve a crosssection of LA’s various industries.

“It’s Southern California so it’s got to be holistic,” jokes Fischer, though he indicates the plans were designed with the element of 360º care in mind. “Company owners and their managers shouldn’t have to worry about network security, backups, or the machines and software behind the scenes nor should their staff. I knew if we could bring a fixedcost model like the I.T. Care Plan to LA’s business owners, the peaceofmind factor coupled with our years of technical expertise and outstanding customer service would be a winwin for everyone involved.”
