Symantec Corp. (Nasdaq: SYMC) will pay a premium of approximately $2.3 billion to acquire LifeLock Inc. (NYSE: LOCK). Shares of Symantec rose 77 cents to close at $24.52 while LifeLock stock soared $3.06 to close at $23.81.
