Global legal practice Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that Mitchell Lubart, a highly experienced real estate lawyer, has joined its New York office as a partner.

Lubart comes to Norton Rose Fulbright from Hogan Lovells, where he advised investors, lenders and developers on joint ventures, development, restructurings, acquisitions, financing and commercial leasing and other real estate projects. During his tenure at Hogan Lovells, Lubart served as Practice Group Director, as well as served on the Management Committee at the Squadron Ellenoff predecessor firm to Hogan Lovells.
