Christopher & Banks Corporation Promotes Peter G. Michielutti to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Christopher & Banks Corporation (NYSE:CBK) today announced that Peter G. Michielutti has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he has responsibility for the Company’s Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Real Estate, Tax, Risk Management, Information Technology and Supply Chain & Logistics functions. Mr. Michielutti joined the Company in April 2012 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
