Patterson Companies Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Patterson Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ:PDCO) today declared a 10 percent increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.22 per share, from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share. The dividend will be payable on, or about, April 24, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 10, 2015. This marks the fifth consecutive year of annual dividend increases since Patterson Companies initiated dividend payments in March 2010.
