An agreement by OPEC to lower production levels lifted shares of Denbury Resources Inc. (NYSE: DNR) 56 cents to close at $3.19, Oasis Petroleum Inc. (NYSE: OAS) $1.27 to close at $10.45 and Whiting Petroleum Corp.(NYSE: WLL) 98 cents to close at $8.21.
