NY GOP Congressman Chris Collins suspends campaign amid insider trading allegations

Collins was arrested by federal agents Wednesday in Manhattan. Prosecutors accused him of illegal activity related to securities of Australian biotech company Innate Immunotherapeutics, on whose board of directors he served.
