On April 19, 2016, Endocyte, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing promising preclinical data for application of the Company’s small molecule drug conjugate (SMDC) technology in a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy in a late-breaking abstract at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2016 in New Orleans. A copy of this press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
