Bloomberg to acquire BusinessWeek magazine

A MarketWatch article published Oct. 13 about Bloomberg L.P.’s plan to acquire BusinessWeek magazine (TICKER:MHP) misstated the estimated purchase price. BusinessWeek reported that sources with knowledge of the situation said the price was believed to be $2 million to $5 million. The article has been corrected.
