U.S. markets hesitate at the 2009 peak

With just five weeks remaining this year, the U.S. markets are once again challenging the 2009 peak. Whether the big three benchmarks -- the Dow Industrials, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite -- can break through their November resistance levels will determine if there is another leg higher in store for stocks.
