Israel stocks up; Teva gets lift; Givot finds oil

Israeli stocks finish higher, led by strength in Israel Chemicals, Teva Pharmaceutical, Bank Hapoalim and Bezeq -- putting the benchmark index less than 2% from its record closing high.
