Tough periods for Deutsche Telecom, France Telecom

Deutsche Telekom AG on Thursday reported a narrower fourth-quarter loss and issued a cautious outlook for 2010, as France Telecom unveiled a small decline in fourth-quarter profit in the last full quarter of outgoing CEO Didier Lombard.
