Teva near $4.78 bln deal for Ratiopharm: reports

Teva Pharmaceutical had won the bidding for German generics maker Ratiopharm and is close to a formal agreement to buy for 3.5 billion euros ($4.78 billion) including assumed debt, according to media reports.
