Sprint, Ciena stocks fall; Qwest advances

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - Sprint Nextel Corp. and Ciena Corp. were among the top decliners, while Qwest Communications International Inc. and Qualcomm led advancers, in mixed trades Monday in the telecommunications sector.
