Best Buy upgraded as sector inches up

Retail stocks inched up on Monday as Abercrombie & Fitch Co.’s price target was raised to $75 a share from $50 by Jefferies & Co. while Best Buy Co. was upgraded to market perform from underperform by FBR Capital Markets.
