Deutsche Telekom back to profit, U.S. unit lags

Deutsche Telekom AG on Wednesday said it swung to a better-than-expected profit of 767 million euros ($967 million) in the first quarter and reaffirmed its guidance for the year, though the performance of its U.S. mobile subsidiary remains a concern.
