Avis would agree to break-up fee if Hertz walks

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Car rental company Avis Budget Group Inc on Wednesday said it would be willing to agree to a break-up fee with Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group if rival Hertz Global Holdings walks away from its takeover bid for Dollar Thrifty.
