Fibrocell and Hefei Meifu Announce JV

Fibrocell Science, Inc. will set up a joint venture with Hefei Meifu Bio-Tech Limited, centered on developing its autologous fibroblast therapies for aesthetic use in Asia, excluding Japan. Fibrocell will contribute its fibroblast IP, clinical data and manufacturing processes. Meifu will build a manufacturing facility in Hefei and be responsible for commercialization and marketing.
