LONDON, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index was seen opening down 20-33 points, or as much as 0.6 percent, on Tuesday, according to financial bookmakers, retreating after overnight declines on Wall Street and in Asia, with investors awaiting British inflation numbers.
