US STOCKS SNAPSHOT-Wall St opens higher after retail sales

NEW YORK, Dec 14 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks inched higher at the open on Tuesday as stronger-than-expected U.S. retail sales in November offset a weaker outlook from Best Buy Inc .
