Getting the New Business Up and Running

Great business ideas are just that - ideas. A great business requires those ideas to be implemented. Increasing the effectiveness of new business ideas calls for efficient implementation strategies and proper execution plans. A great business is also strengthened when the founders are clear about where the organization is going, and these is a strategy in Place to get there.

Drawing on real life experience, and the experience or many small business founders, delegates will learn effective and practical ideas that that will enable and support them in getting their new business, or their new business ideas, up and running.

About your Facilitator

David C Roberts is an experienced enterprise trainer with 30 years‚’ experience helping new enterprises get started. As well as working with small and medium enterprises ranging from one person start-ups he has also helped multinational organizations including 3M corporation, British Airways PLC , Centrica PLC, ITT Corporation, Roche Diagnostics GmbH, and Yellow Pages.

David is happy to share the learning that he has gathered on his journey. David works internationally presenting enterprise programmes and encouraging individuals to ‚“get out there and have a go at doing business.‚” He is passionate about helping the people he works with to become the best that they can be. In addition to his enterprise training role David lectures at The Salford Business School in Manchester, UK, undertakes volunteer work for a Social Enterprise, and serves as an advisor to the United Kingdom NHS.
