Japan: 20,000 dead or missing after tsunami

Japan’s government warned Sunday that the number of people dead or missing as a result of Japan’s quake and tsunami nine days ago exceeded 20,000, and reports say that officials from Tokyo Electric Power Co. have the cooling functions at two of its crippled nuclear reactors up and running again.
