Carlucci Weyant to Act In Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story

Carlucci Weyant recently cast in highly anticipated biography of Linda Lovelace


Actor/Producer Carlucci Weyant has joined the cast of “Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story” to be directed by Matthew Wilder. One of Hollywood’s most highly anticipated films in the past year, “Inferno” takes you into the dark tale of adult film legend Linda Lovelace. Linda Lovelace is best known for starring in the 1972 film "Deep Throat" and for eventually becoming an advocate against the porn industry. Carlucci Weyant will be acting alongside Swedish sweetheart Malin Akerman (“Watchmen”, “27 Dresses”), who has taken the lead role as a result of Lindsay Lohan’s dismissal from the production. Paz de la Huerta (“The Cider House Rules”), Harold Perrineau (“Matrix Reloaded”), and Jennifer Missoni (“Gossip Girl”) have also been cast.

Since Weyant’s debut as male lead in the 2008 Indian production “Karma: Crime, Passion, Reincarnation,” he has been involved in multiple movie projects. He recently took part in the new drama thriller “Samuel Bleak” which he produced and acted in. “Samuel Bleak” had its world premiere at the famous California Theatre on March 5th, 2011 with great reviews. It is a story of a terrified mute found living alone in the woods near the town of Whiterain, Louisiana whose residents will never be the same. Cast includes Deborah Kara Unger ("Silent Hill,” “The Game"), David Zayas (TV's "Dexter"), James Russo ("Public Enemies"), Jaime Murray (TV's "Dexter") and Keith David (TV's "ER," "The Job").

Weyant is gearing up to produce the exciting new children’s action hero film "Jake Stevens: The Last Protector," with Booboo Stewart of Twilight. For this film, he will once again be partnering up with directors John and Sean Dunson who he worked with for the production of “Elle: A Modern Cinderella Tale.”

Inferno is set to start production this year and will be filmed in Louisiana. In the coming weeks, there will be more news regarding production, to come from Muse Productions.
