Ameren Corporation First Quarter 2011 Earnings Webcast May 5, 2011

Thomas R. Voss, chairman, president and CEO of Ameren Corp. (NYSE:AEE), will join Martin J. Lyons, senior vice president and CFO of Ameren Corp., to discuss 2011 first quarter financial results and other matters related to the company in a conference call with financial analysts on Thursday, May 5, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).

The call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.ameren.com. Supporting materials for the call will be posted in the Investors/Webcasts and Presentations area of Ameren's website. A replay of the webcast will be available for one year beginning approximately one hour after the close of the call.

With assets of $24 billion, Ameren serves about 2.4 million electric customers and almost one million natural gas customers in a 64,000-square-mile area of Missouri and Illinois. Ameren owns a diverse mix of electric generating plants strategically located in its Midwest market with a generating capacity of 16,600 megawatts.
