LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Fresnillo PLC (FRES.LN), a silver producer and Mexico's second largest gold producer, said Tuesday that despite the uncertain outlook for economic and metal prices, it expects the high quality resource base and low-cost production profile will enable it to deliver further production growth in 2011.
