ENRC shares surge on reported Glencore interest

Shares of Eurasian Natural Resources Corp. rally nearly 5% Monday after a newspaper reports that Glencore International is mulling a 12 billion pound ($19.5 billion) takeover bid for the FTSE 100 miner.
