'1 in 3' US Double-Dip Recession Chance: Blackstone COO

The United States has "a one-in-three chance" of a double-dip recession," Tony James, the COO of Blackstone, told CNBC Wednesday.� "Although definition of recession here is sort of economist speak," said James. "1 percent growth is going to feel like a recession for most of America."
