Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announces that on October 17, 2011, the Company timely appealed a ruling by a trial court related to the dispute initiated by Grupo México S.A.B. de C.V. as per Articles X and XII of the Company’s by-laws. This ruling will be reviewed by a court of appeals and is not final. Company Description: Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (GAP) operates twelve airports throughout Mexico’s Pacific region, including the major cities of Guadalajara and Tijuana, the four tourist destinations of Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, La Paz and Manzanillo, and six mid-sized cities: Hermosillo, Guanajuato, Morelia, Aguascalientes, Mexicali and Los Mochis.
