PerfectServe Names Alexa Miller VP of Sales for Central Region

PerfectServe, a hospital clinical communications company based in Knoxville, Tenn., has strengthened its national sales force with the addition of Alexa Miller as regional vice president of sales for the central region.

Based in St. Louis, Mo., Miller has more than 15 years of healthcare experience and joins PerfectServe from PatientSafe Solutions as vice president of sales and was responsible for introducing a mobile patient safety solution to the central United States.

Prior to PatientSafe Solutions, Miller was with CardioNet where she held a number of positions with increasing responsibility including senior regional sales director, senior director of field operations. She was also a cardiovascular sales specialist at Abbott Laboratories from 2001 to 2003. She is a designated Miller Heiman Certified Professional.

Miller has a master’s degree in communication disorders from Baylor University, and a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Boston University. Miller also has direct clinical experience as a speech language pathologist at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
