Associated Management, Inc. Names Laura Price President and CEO

Associated Management, Inc., an Associa company, is pleased to announce Laura Price, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, has been appointed the company’s new President and CEO. Price takes over for Norm Rosensteel. Rosensteel, the company’s founder, will remain with AMI and be responsible for certain client relation and government affairs responsibilities.

“The appointment of Laura Price as AMI’s President and CEO will greatly benefit the company’s boards, homeowners, and employees with the best in client services,” said Robert Rosenberg, Associa Senior Vice President. “Laura is a seasoned professional with the knowledge, history, and community involvement necessary to ensure that AMI remains the leader in the Reno area.”

With AMI, Price will be responsible for developer and client services, marketing and new business development, maintenance services, training and team building and the oversight of corporate programs.

Price served the previous six years as the Senior Vice President of Principal Management Group of North Texas. In this role, she was responsible for the three branch offices consisting of 340 communities and 140 staff members. Prior to her position with Associa, she was Director of Management Services for Johnson Ranch Management in Roseville, Calif. for 15 years.

Price has extensive common interest development experience (CID) and knowledge encompassing residential, commercial, retail and multi-unit dwellings, with an impeccable record for client satisfaction. Her objective is to effectively guide management entities toward high standards of practice and strong risk management values, while developing successful neighborhoods and communities.

She has achieved national recognition from the prestigious Community Associations Institute (CAI) as a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and formally the professional certification by the California Association of Community Managers Inc (CACM).
