India’s telecoms reshuffled on court verdict

In the latest twist in one of India’s biggest corruption scandals, the Supreme Court suspends 122 telecom licenses issued since 2008 under jailed former minister Andimuthu Raja, a move which could substantially alter the subcontinent’s communications landscape.
