CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--6 de marzo de 2012--Industrial Info Research Latinoamérica (Córdoba, Argentina)--A finales del pasado mes de febrero la empresa CPFL Energias Renovaveis (CPFL Renovaveis) perteneciente al grupo brasileño CPFL Energia SA (NYSE:CPL) (Sao Paulo, Brasil) anunció la adquisición de Bons Ventos Geradora de Energia (Bons Ventos) (Fortaleza, Brasil) por un valor de US$565 millones.
