(OTCQB: WAVE) ("NextWave") announced that its Board of Directors has set May 17, 2012 as the date of the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and the close of business on March 23, 2012 as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be at 9:00 a.m. EDT on May 17, 2012 at the law offices of Lowenstein Sandler PC located at 1251 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020.
