Stocks Open Mixed as Investors Take Breather

Stocks opened lower Tuesday, as investors seemed to take a breather after the Dow and the S&P 500 touched multi-year highs in the previous session and ahead of factory orders report and minutes of the latest Federal Reserve meeting.
