Hyatt Hotels Corporation (“Hyatt”) (NYSE: H) announced today that it will release first quarter 2012 financial results on Thursday, May 3, 2012, before the stock market opens.

Hyatt management will host an investor conference call at 10:30 a.m. (Central time) to discuss financial results and business outlook.
