Sprint Wholesale Collects Four 2012 Domestic Best-In-Class Awards from Atlantic-ACM
Sprint (NYSE:S) Wholesale and Emerging Solutions earned four Best-in-Class awards yesterday from industry-leading research firm ATLANTIC-ACM for 2012 U.S. Long Haul Carrier Excellence. After surveying hundreds of customers to rank Carrier Excellence for its Domestic Wholesale Report Card, ATLANTIC-ACM recognized Sprint with Best-in-Class Awards for No. 1 performance in the areas of Network, Provisioning and Customer Service for the second consecutive year. This year, Sprint won all three of these categories outright. Sprint also received sole recognition for having the top-rated U.S. long haul Wholesale sales reps, commended for their technical expertise and proactive selling.

ATLANTIC-ACM's 2012 Domestic Wholesale Report Card asked Wholesale customers to rank major U.S. Wholesale service providers in categories that include brand, sales representatives, provisioning, network performance, customer service, billing, and numerous product quality and price categories. Once again, the overall Wholesale customer experience at Sprint was rated well above the industry average. This indicates that survey respondents have a strong perception of Sprint's network performance for quality, service, and their sales and service representatives. Stemming from research begun in 1995, this analysis has become a critical benchmarking milestone in the industry.
