Nestle keeps outlook despite ‘challenging’ 2012

Nestle says 2012 will be a “challenging year,” but kept its full-year outlook as the world’s biggest food company by revenue increased sales in all of its main markets, supported by innovation in key categories and faster expansion in emerging markets.
