Frontier Communications Brings Customers NBCUniversal’s Coverage of 2012 London Summer Olympic Games July 27 – August 12

Frontier Communications, in agreement with NBCUniversal, today announced a multiplatform content offering for NBCUniversal’s coverage of the London 2012 Summer Olympic Games to commence on Friday, July 27 through Sunday, August 12. Designed to provide video subscribers with more than 5,293 hours of access to NBCUniversal’s unprecedented Olympic programming, this offering represents the largest number of total Olympics hours ever. FiOS® TV from Frontier will offer NBCUniversal’s Olympic content live and on-demand, across multiple digital, mobile and tablet platforms. “The Olympic Games is always a must-see event that draws in people to watch the world’s best athletes and most prestigious competitions, and Frontier offers its FiOS TV customers a fantastic way to see NBCUniversal’s coverage of the 2012 London Olympic Games live on every screen,” said Ken Gaffga, Oregon Senior Vice President and General Manager, Frontier Communications. “We’re pleased to deliver NBCUniversal’s around-the-clock Games content to consumers whenever, wherever and how they want to watch.
