PR Log - Aug 29, 2012 - Torchcraft is pleased to announce its contribution to The University of Texas at Austin Wildflower Center.  The contribution was a new entrance to Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center, which was a custom metal sign that signified what the organization stands for, preservation of native, North American plants.

Decades ago the Wildflower Center was created by the first lady,  to preserve endangered flora.  At the time the organization was formed, it was aimed at preventing extinction of more than 30% of the nations natural flora. Later, the Wildflower became a rich source of knowledge where universities and professionals could use to improve and study the environment.

Torchcraft contributed a custom metal sign that graces those who walk throughout the scenic area.  Learn more about Torchcraft and the various custom metal signs it has contributed to organizations and other non-profits by visiting Torchcraft.com.
