“DentaQuest is used to bringing smiles to people’s faces by promoting dental health and care. Today they also created smiles by helping make the dream of homeownership a reality for deserving families,” said Mario Artecona, CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami.

DentaQuest is one of America’s leading oral health enterprises. We are working with partners across the country to eradicate oral disease, improving the likelihood that people will maintain their teeth in good health for their entire lives. DentaQuest is dedicated to improving the oral health of all [].

Nobody talks about dental diseasebut it is a serious, chronic, infectious illness – and it is preventable.

-- Dental disease (cavities) is the most common chronic disease in children, more common than asthma.

-- Every year across the United States, children miss 52 million school hours due to dental disease, and adults lose close to 164 million work hours.

-- In 2010, Americans spent $106 billion dollars on oral care.

-- More than 30 million people could not get treatment, including 1 out of 5 children.

“As an enterprise, we understand the importance of preventive care and need to take a leading role in increasing access to quality, affordable care. This day of service demonstrates our commitment to the communities we serve and underscores our passion to help others,” explained DentaQuest CEO, Fay Donohue.

As part of that commitment, CEO Fay Donohue declared Tuesday, September 25 as a day of service for over 1,000 DentaQuest employees across the U.S. “We demonstrated that DentaQuest is more than just a dental benefits administrator. We are an enterprise that works each day to make a difference in lives of those we serve. We hope we made a difference in the communities we serve and live in,” said Marleen Santiago, DentaQuest employee.
