Australians have a unique outlook on whole house fans that is far different than the American outlook.

Where else will you find a wind chill factor table that starts at 30 degrees C and goes UP!

The Aussies love large volumes of air moving at high speed through their homes. That is why companies like Cardiffair and Breezepower offer large (4450 liters per second and up) fans. But those fans must be located in a central place like a hallway and are right above your head sucking air through louvres that sometimes can be very noisy.

Americans like their whole house fans to be mounted up high in their attic so they cannot be seen and can barely be heard. QuietCool, Airscape, Tamarack and Invisco are examples of suppliers of smaller rafter mounted systems.

Invisco has just unveiled their new product line, large belt driven fans that move a lot of air but are made in parts that will fit up an attic entrance that is typically 45 cm square.

All of the Invisco systems have 6 blades like Breezepower and they all come with continuously variable speed control like the Cardiffair Essential line.

All Invisco systems have Australian approved 240 VAC motors.
